…What do we need from you?
As a non-UK or a UK resident, we would require the following
from you:
- Your passport (if a UK citizen, your passport or driving
licence)
- 2 passport size photographs
- Your pin card and statement of entry from NMC (only
applicable if you are a qualified nurse already practicing in
the UK)
- Training Certificates eg Nursing Diploma Documentation;
Manual Handling Training Certificate; First Aid Certificate
etc. If NVQ qualified, your Training Certificates
- 2 written nursing or caring references with all contact
details. (One of the references should be from your last known
employer)
- A Criminal Record Search (If UK resident). If none we
will arrange with you to carry out a search on your behalf
- A Certificate for Good Conduct (for overseas recruits)
- National Insurance Number, if possible. If none we will
arrange this with you
- Bank Account Details, if possible. If none, we will arrange
this with you
- Birth or Marriage Certificate, if possible
- Gas, Electricity, Water or Telephone Bill showing your
current address in the UK if already a resident in the UK
- For those wanting to do hospital work Immunisation/Vaccination
Certificates for Tetanus, Diptheria, Rubella, Poliomyelitis,
Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis BCG
