We all have ideas whilst growing up of what we’d like to be when we have to go out to work.  For some folk this is a simple matter – they have a really good idea from very young.  Often this will include something one or both their parents and even grandparents have done over the years.  Going in to Law and the legal profession generally has always been an industry that retains complete family ties.  Usually with the anticipation of greatness being piled unfairly upon the newest member of the family line.  This can also be the same in nursing and medical circles – I can think of many famiies where the grandpa was the village doctor, or maybe grandma was the local midwife.  Today there is much emphasis on retaining trained operatives and online refresher courses in medical and nursing circles is more critical than ever.
